We charge on a fixed fee basis for the above work and we offer our clients the flexibility to choose the level of service which suits them ranging from Gold to Silver and Bronze service depending on their finance and type of application.

Family Practice

We are able to offer fixed fee for most of our clients. We understand that not all breakdowns end in divorce or even separation - sometimes all that is needed is breathing space and reconciliation can be possible. For others professional mediation is the best route to take, and, of course, for some the only solution will be divorce. We promote mediation and we take conciliatory approach to resolving issues arising from relationship breakdown. Our priority is to settle matters out of court where possible while ensuring that our clients receive a speedy and cost effective service
